Introduction
Ophirex, Inc., (“Ophirex,” “we,” “us” or “our) created and maintains the Ophirex website (the “Website”), currently located at www.ophirex.com, and other online services owned or controlled by Ophirex (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how Ophirex collects, uses, discloses and secures information collected from or about you through the Services.
